โVery kind staff. Helped me get a room at the last minute and was able to change the bed type upon check in. They were very helpful. They recommended great food in walking distance and tips for getting around Toronto.
The room was peaceful and quiet. I couldn't hear other quests. It has a nice clean appearance and pleasant smell. โ

I made a mistake and booked a one-night stay for May 31st, even though I arrived at midnight on May 30th for a connecting flight. Thankfully, there was a vacancy, and the front desk staff was able to change my reservation to May 30th for one night. Also, I needed a toothbrush, but the convenience store was closed, so the front desk kindly provided one for free.โ
