โVery kind staff. Helped me get a room at the last minute and was able to change the bed type upon check in. They were very helpful. They recommended great food in walking distance and tips for getting around Toronto.
The room was peaceful and quiet. I couldn't hear other quests. It has a nice clean appearance and pleasant smell. โ

โWe checked in a little bit later at night and were welcomed by a very friendly front desk staff member. He made check in a breeze before we brought our things in. We came for the Hozier concert and ride share was very easy (and affordable) at this location. The drive downtown can take a bit (but thatโs Toronto) so if youโre doing a lot of in-the-city activities, maybe find a spot downtown, but we found it manageable since we werenโt on any time constraints. โEverything was great. We were able to have an early check in after a 12 hour long flight. Victoria was extremely helpful and kind!! She helped us out a lot. It is not a super well furnished hotel. It is old but very well maintained. Water pressure awesome. Cleanliness superb! Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Toronto. Great job! (Breakfast was great too!!)โ
