โWaves was under construction, so we were accommodated at the House, awesome!
Wade, Rhea, Andrew and all the staff were great to us. The room was also always kept clean, twice daily.
The food, the drinks, exceeded our expectations.

โPROS: The room was great with a rooftop pool. Old world charm prevails even in the more modern aesthetic suites. The service was highlighted by Ms. Donna at the front who is great at her job, asking the right questions to direct various service inquiries and laughing with me at my attempt to have cou cou delivered to the resort. โHad a wonderful stay with my wife at the Palms. It was very cozy, safe, well-maintained and made me feel right at home. The staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service. We did have a minor issue with the AC leaking water. In addition, there could have been more amenities in the room i.e. shampoo. Overall though, really enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely run it back again!โ

โFriendly staff, complimentary rum punch on entry, and a spacious room with a comfy bed and a balcony? I couldnโt have asked for a better stay! I was there on a one-night business trip, and would definitely stay again. The hotelโs also just a 5min walk to shopping centers, pharmacy and restaurants which was super convenient. โ

โThis is a beautiful oceanfront property! The staff was friendly and very accommodating and the service was excellent. I was highly impressed with the food quality and options among all of the restaurants on the property. The rooms were clean, bedding was comfortable and housekeeping was done daily. I would absolutely recommend staying here and when I travel to Barbados again, this will be my top choice!
