“All was great. The pool was enjoyable. The room was clean and cozy. One of the staff members was beyond lazy. I had a leaky coffee cup. Asked for a towel, and she told me she would clean it up. Then just sat there while another person staying at the hotel cleaned it up instead, therefore making me feel like trash because I absolutely could have and woukd have done it myself had she not said she would get it. Otherwise we had a great stay.”
