“I gave it a 3 out of 5 because the facility generally did a decent job. Rooms were clean, desk agent was pleasant and helpful. While I expected a pet fee, I thought it was high and concluded that after our experience, they didn't do much to earn it. Plus, it was not easy to determine whether the hotel was pet friendly on the Expedia site and there was no mention of a pet fee that I could find and I actively looked. “This was one of the nicest hotel stays we have ever experienced. We arrived early for check-in, and Brian at the check-in desk was very helpful in allowing us to go to our room early. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and very tasty. All in all an excellent experience!”

“Everything was fine until I checked out and did not receive my full deposit due to “amenities fee” per the representative that was working today on 5/31/26 at 8:50am. By the way he was not helpful and what he explained made no sense. The fee he explained is for parking and the “complimentary” card they give out to get tapas at their restaurant. “We stay just for the weekend, it was amazing. The location is fantastic… lots of shopping and restaurants around. Our room was wonderful. Spacious clean and renovated… good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. It was our second time in this hotel. Excellent!”
