"Situé à 5 km de l’aéroport service de navette inclus. Situé tout juste à côté de Graceland navette inclus. Les soupers du Delta’s Kitchen sont délicieux et savoureux, tous les plats sont excellents. Présenter un film différent d’Elvis par soir dans le cinéma est une très bonne idée. Et il faut vraiment aimer Elvis car les mêmes chansons jouent en boucle 24/24. Par contre, le staff ne répond pas aux messages envoyés via textos ou applications. De plus, nous avons oublié des vêtements dans la chambre lors du check out, et lorsque nous avons appelé le house keeping pour leur en faire part, ils nous ont dit qu’ils allaient vérifier et nous recontacter. Nous n’avons jamais eu de nouvelles par la suite…"

"My experience with the front desk staff was that they were very friendly, nice and helpful . . . when they could be found. While the rooms were very clean and neat, I wasn’t happy when I found the handicapped accessible room I requested had a standard bath tub/shower set up. The only visible safety feature I saw in the entire room was a metal handle bar for occupant safety when entering/exiting the bathtub. I expected the beds to be lower in height for easier access. In fact, the extreme height of the beds themselves made it very difficult for me to get my handicapped wife safely into the bed without significant physical effort on my part. I am 5’-11” and I myself could not simply sit down on the bed unless I first climbed into it. "

"When l arrived at the property there was an immediate sense that this place did not feel right. There were several people standing around the lobby drinking beer from large beer cans and there was a strong smell of smoke as if someone was smoking inside. When the receptionist finally got to me she informed me that my reservation had been canceled an hour earlier and it wasn't available. That was it,no explanation just call Expedia for a refund period. When l asked for some documentation on the cancelation she copped an attitude and began talking to me in a very aggressive tone,to which l realized l was in a very uncomfortable situation. It appeared that this property was helping people with living assistant and that was confirmed by a person outside that l talked to that was staying there. This is not a safe place and my teenage daughter was happy that we just got in our car and drove home to St Louis regardless of the enormous pressure that put on me after having driven all day."

"I learned something about brand loyalty on this trip. I see Drury and just book it without research. That won't happen anymore. Loud. So loud. We did not sleep. Our room's window was street facing and we heard every car. However, those sounds were muffled when our air conditioning made several screams for maintenance every 10 minutes or so just as you though sweet sleep was near. Thought you might enjoy the free happy hour or breakfast? Hope you like Disney crowds and wait times."

"First room we were given both beds had stains and looked really gross, the second room was cleaner but the sheets had holes in them and the comforter had a old smoky smell to them even though we were in a non smoking room. The “breakfast” was just a waffle maker and a glass jar of Cheerios. Definitely will not ever stay here again when we can go elsewhere for the same price with much nice amenities."

"My experience at this Holiday Inn location on 05/02/26 around 11:00 a.m. was completely unacceptable. The front desk attendant was not at her post and appeared to be hiding in a back office. I only received assistance after asking a housekeeping employee in the coffee area, who had to go into the office to locate her. Guests should not have to track down staff just to get basic service. When she finally came out, her attitude was openly rude and dismissive. She provided vague, minimal answers and, when I asked reasonable follow-up questions, she reacted with clear irritation—rolling her eyes and frowning at my wife. That kind of behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional under any circumstances. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and instead claimed she was the manager, stating no one else was available to assist. She then abruptly walked away mid-conversation and returned to the back office without offering any help or resolution. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn properties over the years, and this was by far the worst level of service I have experienced. If this individual is truly a manager, that makes the situation even more concerning. This reflects a serious failure in customer service standards and accountability."
