“This hotel was better than I ever expected. Modern decor inside and very helpful staff.”

“A lovely intimate hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were well presented and spotlessly clean, breakfast was wonderful and freshly cooked, evening meal excellent. Nothing bad to say about the hotel, we will be back.”

“A perfect stay and friendly staff”

“Excellent restaurant/hotel. Lovely welcome, staff excellent, very friendly and knowledgable on menu. Food was wonderful. Breakfast was made to order, again a very high quality. Our room was well appointed (only thing missing was shaver point, we may have missed it) Decor thoughout was outstanding, no chipped paintwork or worn carpets. Service by all staff was outstanding at dinner and breakfast .”

“Front and rear parking available, clean, reasonable room, delicious breakfast cooked to order. Operated by a friendly and helpful couple.”

“This was a wonderful place. Friendly, welcoming staff! Lovely comfortable room. It was only about a 9 minute drive to the center of Perth. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The staff were fantastic and so nice! Small and comfortable area. Easy to get around and only a 10 minute walk to the bus/train station.”

“Very good ”

“Really friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Good atmosphere. Large old building, our room was recently updated and was modernised nicely and spotlessly clean. It was very big but still warm with very large comfy bed and powerful shower. TV & Kettle in the room with normal sachets of tea/coffee etc Good breakfast offering kept warm and you could ask for GF bread, cereal and freshly made scrambled eggs. Nice coffee too. I liked the fact there seemed to be little waste as the offering wasn’t too...

“Staff was dismissive and rude. No WiFi no outlet for phone charger- told this is the UK. TV was not working. The mattress was old. The worst mattress that I ever slept on. Decent breakfast. I would not recommend staying here.”

“A very tired hotel badly in need of an upgrade.Bed was clean and comfortable .Staff very helpful and friendly.”

“Hotel was very clean but very dated in need of some serious upgrading and money spent on it. The hot tap in the sink obviously had air in the system you had to be very careful when you turned it on as hot water sprayed everywhere. Receptions did the basics I wouldn't have said it was a warm inviting welcome. Bed was comfy pillows as hard as rocks. Checkout was much warmer reception the lady was lovely. Overall a basic hotel for an overnight stay.”
