Rather plain, kind of old and rundown looking. Room stale smelly. Going to stay as I’m worn out from traveling but I wouldn’t recommend it.

There was a table in the room with no chairs. And it looked a bit dated. It was good enough for one night. Typical hotel room in Texas. Staff was very nice.

The staff was very helpful. We asked for clean towels Sunday and they apologized that their cleaning staff didnt work Sundays but they managed to clean our room anyway.

This was our second time staying here, the room was clean and fresh. The pool was clean and ready to go swimming. Staff very friendly, next time we are going to stay here again. 5 stars

Over priced
Nice clean hotel for its age. But this is a 50 dollar a night hotel and they jacked up price to 200 due to large event in town. But will stay again if get lower price

I was there for the Hotter N Hell bike ride, it’s less than a 1/2 mile from the start so that worked out perfectly.

overall acceptable
the stay was good , medium hotel with good personnel . the only medium thing is that the hotel close to the roads , so trucks and cars passing by having loud running engine feels like with you in your room

The ladies at the front desk were polite and helpful. They made sure our rooms were clean and helped unload a recliner from my truck to help my in laws with their stay.

Night staff very helpful and proficient, Looby is quite clean and modern looking. The room was dirty and outdated.

I would not recommend, the first room we were offered smelled like cigarette smoke and had cockroaches and the second room we were offered had cockroach’s as well.

Find a different hotel - Lousy Management
Booked a non-refundable room at midnight with the incorrect date. Hotel booked me the night for the correct date, but then when I asked Hotels.com to cancel the incorrect date, the hotel manager would not agree to it. They effectively charged me for two nights, when I only stayed one. Tried to resolve but manager would not return calls or answer email. My advice, find another hotel!

Mediocre Hotel
Room was nice and the pool was relaxing. There was a mix up and someone walked into our room in the middle of the night though.

There were people awake late arpund the property. It was very unsanitary. The rooms werent clean. We refused to use the tub which had bugs in it.

Its really close to the rodeo arena but there are dangerous people in the parking lot that won't leave you alone if you don't give them money. Filthy, and the tiles fell off the wall when I was taking a shower. they also charged me a extra 25 dollars when checking in. DO NOT BOOk HERE.

Check in the desk clerk was not friendly and did not have a welcoming spirit. The sheets on the bed was not changed phone in the room did not work nor did the hair dryer
