“Really poor internet coverage. Really poor drinks service - slow and cocktails def were made incorrectly. Really overpriced food - very disappointing.”

“this hotel is shockingly bad. the carpets are black with dirt and it absolutely stinks of an old run down musty hotel. there for 12 ngts and never got room cleaned once. had to keep asking for towels and took my rubbish out myself. but the worst was I was eat alive with bed bugs all over my body. I stuck it for as long as I could but had to check out early. only reason I stayed here was it was the cheapest in brighton. absolutely not worth it. stay somewhere else. this review is honest and true.”

“This hotel is steeped in history- it is well located in Arundel but it is tired - had a annex room - immediately we walked into the corridor it smelled musty - the art work and the carpets old and tired. Room - clean - not luxurious- functional- furniture old - beds clean and comfortable. There were notices to tell you that should you spill anything on the carpet then expect a £100 fine . “The staff were helpful and the room was excellent - clean, well furnished, with good courtesy tray, easy to operate TV, an excellent shower in the bathroom. The only slight criticism was of the very limited choice of breakfast cereals - just rice krispies and coco-pops. Please offer muesli, Weetabix, shredded wheat etc. for those of us who prefer something more grown-up and fibrous !”

The food was excellent and catered for everyone’s price and taste. The gym and pool facilities are well played out and clean. I can’t wait to visit again”
