“It was wonderful from the moment I arrived and the friendly valets helped me until the moment I left. The room was clean and welcoming. The view was phenomenal. The staff all were impeccable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pittsburgh.”
“This hotel was absolutely beautiful on the inside. Huge wall mounted TV. A fireplace that changes color beneath, touch screen vanity and waterfall shower. The hotel desk person was a very kind gentleman. My only thing was I wish there was a coffee maker to go along with the nice fridge and microwave. With that being said there is a Starbucks right in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again and most likely will within the next 6 months.

“I had to wait nearly an hour for an upgraded room which I hadn’t requested. When the desk clerk explained, I asked for a standard room which was ready. She was very polite and helpful.
I REALLY dislike the half-door shower enclosure! Not only does one side of the body stay cold while the other is warm, but the soap & shampoo is at the cold end of the space.
Refrigerator ice maker didn’t work.
