I arrived way before check-in and they were nice enough to give me the room and parking early. Hotel is accross the street from the boardwalk. The room was very clean . I honestly recommend this hotel.

Staff friendly, room has been renovated and was clean. A ground floor room - cons: room smelled very musty. Wall air conditioner has not been cleaned & had black mold/ grim on the vent. Light was on for filter to be changed. I believe this is what made the room smell. I shut the air off & opened window for about 2 hrs which helped. Had to put air back on & small came back. Also air conditioner kept cycling on/off every 5 mins. Annoying when trying to sleep. This was mentioned to staff, as hopefully they address the issue. Other then that the place was decent & great location.
