"Awesome old building, ot was clean and friendly. Had a historic building feel to it. Only complaint I/we had was this building has NO AIR-CONDITIONING.. Im not joking..NO AIR!! and we experienced a heat wave this week with temps into the 100- 115 degrees... we did have a ceiling fan and were offered extra fans but wow was it ever hot. Sleeping at nite was an bearable expeirience and a naked experience at that !! All we can say is WHEW!! WAS IT HOT!!"

"I really liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly, it was very cute, pool was nice and cool, large rooms, close to everything. Fair warning though: there is no AC. This usually isn't much of a problem at the beach, but we stayed during the heat wave, and I did not realise there was no AC, and it was rough. They had a ceiling fan and a stand-alone fan, which helped. The bed and pillows were not all that comfortable. It was nice to have a little coffee machine and kitchen. Great brand-new TV. A bit noisy at night."
