They told me that they did not book thru Expedia. We were stuck without a room!

Room was comfortable and non smoking but the hallway smelled horrible with cigarette smoke.

Everything was good from check in to out. The hosts was great. Room excellent, breakfast was good and coffee excellent.

They are trying to fix the place back up since the pipe line is not using the place anymore. The room was very musty and the pillows were old and lumpy. Was told all carpets were being replaced and updated. Since my visit in july the breakfast buffet was actually open in the morning and they had cookies waiting in the afternoon. Will definitely stay again.

Florescent light above sink took about 5 minutes to come on. May I recommend LED. You don't have to change them all at once, no tubes to store, last a long time. Also, refrigerator was unplugged, not sure if there was a problem with it, didn't need it, didn't ask.

was an ok stay nothing special but nothing bad. Pillows on bed were horrible but there is an option to request a better one. Outlet by bed only had one plug in working order so you either had light or clock.

okay but very smokey

Mostly hotel for railroad workers. Had smoking and non smoking rooms intermingled so entire hotel had a dirty ashtray odor. Would be nice if they had at least one floor of one wing entirely nonsmoking. Other than this was okay and great value.

Cold Confused

Room was cold AC was turned to AC even though it was 12 degrees outside. Cancelled my reservation because I arrived after midnight even though they were informed of my planes delay and that I would arrive after midnight. Said they would have to book me as a walk in and charge me rack rates. I had already paid for the room in advance. Non smoking room but the halls and stairways reeked of smoke.

Convienent and close to resturants.

We liked all but two things. The icemaker despensed filthy ice. Then there was when we asked for an extra pillow... denied. Thats ok, we found one in the housekeepers closet.

Quick stop on the way home

Great hotel in Willard, OH. It was a plesant stay with a clean non-smoking room. Everything you would expect and see in some of those more expensive hotels.

Ask for the non-smoking "wing"

The staff was very friendly and worked hard to accommodate my early arrival. The rooms themselves are "okay" for the price and area. The real issue is that although they offer "non-smoking" rooms these rooms are across from and surrounded by smoking rooms along an indoor walkway. Thus all the rooms, by default, become smoking rooms. When another relative checked in I discovered a non-smoking "wing" which, although has a limited number of rooms, made my stay much more acceptable.

Nice hotel for the price and location

Overall, nice hotel for the price. My room was without a fridge and microwave. The staff provided a refrigerator upon my request. The complimentry breakfast lacks variety from day to day.

Home for 50th Wedding Annivesary

When visiting family in Willard, we stay nowhere else. Just celebrated our parents' 50th Wedding anniversary. Thanks for a very pleasant stay. We like the workout room too. Frig., microwave & hair dryer included. Can't beat that.

Clean room, reasonable price

A three level motel with an elevator which reeks from tobacco smoke but gets luggage to the upper levels. The entrance and halls are a little rough but the room was fine. The wireless worked and breakfast was adequate.

Great priced hotel, 30 mile from cedar point

Always stay here when visiting family in the area. Rooms are nice, prices are good and hotel is convenient for to find and close places for eating.

Over all Great

All the staff members were great !!! The room was very well laid out. The TV could have had a better picture & the bed was too hard for our taste. Over all we would stay again.

Nice place to stay

For the price, you can do no better. In fact, this place was better than many that I have paid twice the daily cost of this one.....large, clean, comfortable, and well furnished rooms.

Best small town lodging

The staff was excellent, there was a phone problem in the room, no outside calls worked. Since our cell phones did not have any service in Willard, they allowed me to use their phone to contact my daughter, who was in route. Then they sent someone to check the phone and even replaced it, but it still did not work. They were very courteous and helpful! The 24-hour deli in the hotel was great. It made our family reunion trip enjoyable. Well rested and close by.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in

Very impressed with this hotel. Very clean and smelled nice, staff very helpful - even with opening front door for us. Liked that the hotel had a little cafe in addition to the complimentary breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to other peope.
