"Everything was amazing, except for a couple of hiccups with the valet. When we went to retrieve our car, they had matched my ticket to the wrong vehicle. Luckily we caught it while we were still grabbing our luggage, but it could have been a much bigger problem. I'd hope the staff pays closer attention to keeping cars and tickets straight. On top of that, checkout took over 15 minutes after we got the "5 minute" ready text. Great hotel overall, but the valet service could use some improvement. Especially given the cost."

"The room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff (Christina and Cody) were professional and friendly. The breakfast as well as dinner was a 9-1/2 out of 10. We didn’t use the hot tub so we can’t give it a rating. The pool and hot tub area looked super clean. Easy access of highway 95. "

"From the moment I walked into this hotel it was nothing short of amazing! The lobby was nice and clean and the staff have been nothing but amazing. They were so helpful and friendly. Two very amazing staff members stick out to me and that was Anita at the front desk and Theresa in food and beverage. The hotel offered amazing breakfast each morning and offered a nice little happy hour on Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesday in the evenings offering amazing snacks and adult beverages and other beverages. That was nice to have to hold us over until a nice meal in the city. The room was so amazing. We had a city view room and it just over looked the city. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up booking another night. This hotel has so much charm. And was worth every penny that I spent on this hotel. Walking distance of the river front or a short drive to everything within the historic district. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay within the Savannah historic district. I will be back next time I visit to this hotel that’s a promise."

"Great stay! I was on the 8th floor, and the view was amazing. I could see the city, the bridge, the river, and multiple cargo ships. Once we parked the car, we were able to walk to most of the attractions and restaurants, which was very convenient. The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. However, the breakfast was excellent and had everything you could expect, including omelets, sausage, pancakes, cereal, juice, and coffee available throughout the day. The location was perfect right in the middle of all the major attractions and must-see spots. We even took a half-day trip to Tybee Island, which was only about 25 minutes away. We paid for parking but later realized there was a parking deck right next door. We probably could have saved about $20 and skipped the valet service. That said, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the are"
