“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. In particular the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities however the bed was slightly firm, however this did not detract from the overall quality of the room. “They told me I didn't have a room and told me to go out.They couldn't even find my reservation. The 'hotels.com' said I had no problem at all. It's only a matter of hotel. This hotel doesn't have a conversation. They just told me to leave without any intention of solving my problem. You can be nervous ahead of your trip. Are you sure you should stay here?”

“Lovely hotel, beautiful old main house with wood fires, panelled rooms, lots of lounges and spots to relax. Friendly reception and clean modern rooms in the mews. Plus two cats! Only thing to mention is that the signs for the outbuildings were a bit difficult to see when we arrived (in the dark & heavy rain), maybe they could be illuminated too? Otherwise a nice place to stay, we would like to go back and explore more of the history, grounds, bunker and restaurant.”
