“Nice and welcoming staff. Comfortable room with great amenities”

“Elevators weren't working and there were no more first floor rooms available. We had to carry our car refrigerator, luggage and bike up a flight of stairs. We did have a nice view of the high desert out our window. The king room was fine, spacious, but the bathtub glaze was coming off, and the tub had a narrow bottom that made it feel like I was off balance because the sides started to slant up too soon. The fitted sheet came off the corner of the bed and the mattress cover underneath had brown...

“On a positive side, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms however need better lighting. It was impossible to read while in bed due to inadequate reading lighting.”

“The only thing I like was the bed. The bathroom needed to be updated. There were a lot of what looked like handyman repairs. The management didn’t tell us that there was a problem with the water. It smelled like rotten eggs and my wife got sick and was throwing up. Because we couldn’t wash we decided to leave at 5am.”

“This is the 3rd time that the elevator hasn't been working in a 4 story hotel. Twice before, they notified me before I got there & I was able to book elsewhere. This time I found out when I arrived. They offered to cancel without penalty but that would have meant trying to find another hotel for 3 nights so I stayed. They put me on the 3rd floor & I use a cane. They did carry my bags up. The staff was very nice. Very friendly every morning. Everything was clean. The in room fridge was tiny &...
