“Really lovely spacious room. I really struggle to sleep away from home but had no problem here. The beds were really comfortable and it was so quiet. The pub next door did fantastic food and all the prices were so reasonable. Thank you for a lovely stay. ”

The communication from the property management team was good, with clear guidance on entry, location etc. That’s where it starts to go wrong. “We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided.”

Doors full of spider webs, you could see they haven’t been used in a while..We tried calling them they didn’t answer they phones. “Was there for one night for work. Crack in side of bath, kitchen had very basic utensils.the apartment stank of cigarette smoke . Was only there as hotels were shut so wasn't expecting the lap of luxury but it was way below standard for money.”
