"The rooms and the whole hotel are renovated and look okay but the overall experience is like in Ryanair flights: you have to pay for the air you breathe. On the website it looks like the gym is a hotel amenity, instead, you have to pay 15 CHF to access it. There are little snacks at extortionate prices. The room was dirty, there was a sticky stain on the "bedside table", there were shoe prints on the floor and the toilet was dirty. I had cold shower on the first day because there was no hot water. The hotel is established and here and there a bit tired. It would not prevent me from staying again but it needs a bit of care here and there."

"The stay was overall decent. The room was comfortable and clean, but nothing exceptional. The bathroom, particularly the shower area, could definitely use a better design—it felt a bit inconvenient. The view from the room was quite average, which was a bit disappointing considering the price. It did feel slightly on the expensive side for what was offered. Also, the city tax was charged separately, which wasn’t very clear at the time of booking. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of value for money."
