"Pool and hot tub disgusting. Fixtures in room were rusting. Light fixture cover missing. Floor and bedding nasty. No top comforter. Room was humid even after adjusting thermostat. Bed sheet had a hole in it. Pillows were flat. Workers were not friendly or helpful. Heard other customers complaining. Fence in parking lot was broke and leaning over. Gates to parking lot bent and broken. Extremely dissatisfied. I wouldn’t even consider eating breakfast, oh cereal containers were empty. Don’t stay here!"

"Dirties place ever, the towels looks like a mechanic cleaned the hand before placing the towels in the bathroom, everything was dirty. Will never stay at any of their hotels. Very disappointed "

"This place is very rundown. I was originally given a room in a building very far away from the office, it didn't have an ac unit in the summer in South Texas and instead a huge hole to the outside. I went back and asked for a different room and was given one with an AC. WHEN did an AC unit become optional? The sheets were clean, but everything else was worn, the walls were needing paint, there were bugs crawling (i killed 2), there was a TV but no remote to turn it on. The only plus was it's very close to the base and because there weren't very many guests, it was quiet. I would not stay again even though it was cheap. Hopefully, they're in the process of renovation "

"Went for Air Force graduation for 3 days and it was perfect. Close to the base barely had to wait in traffic.. the outside looks janky but once you go in the room you'll settle in just fine. I'd stay again. The workers and receptionist were more than accommodating. it's 15-20 min from river walk. And close to all main attractions. easy in and out since it close to getting on the highway. Plus there's a Mexican restaurant called big poppa tacos that's like 7 min away from the place and it was 🔥.10/10 large portions for the low low. Again it looks crazy from the outside but those be the best spots and hidden gems"
