"The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they graciously allowed me to store my luggage until my room was ready, which I truly appreciated. I also enjoyed breakfast almost every morning — the team behind the counter were consistently pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. I would especially like to acknowledge one housekeeping staff member, an older lady who cleaned my room. She was always cheerful, kind, and went out of her way to be helpful. As an adoptee visiting my homeland, this trip has been deeply emotional, and her warmth and sincerity brought me a sense of comfort and belonging that I will not forget. Although I didn’t get the chance to learn her name, I am deeply thankful for her genuine kindness and the positive impact she had on my stay. "

"It’s in such a great location, walkable to so many places to eat and shop and I was there for the film festival. Which made my stay even better. It’s very quiet, I had a great view, the bathroom was very nice, it actually had a dryer, flatscreen TV and a totally equipped kitchen. +2 balconies. It was my favorite hotel in Busan."
