“Very very clean have stayed several times they say it’s a queen bed but I think it’s a full. Had to get a smoking room cause it was all that was left but it wasn’t bad at all. Friendly staff good fresh fruit and great coffee at breakfast ”
“The cleaning was good and I was comfortable. Breakfast was takeout in the morning due to corona, but it was nice to have freshly cooked hot sandwiches, yogurt, and drinks.”

Great hotel but a lot of homeless people in the surrounding parking lot. Be sure and take all of your belongings from your car. ”
“Staff claimed "under new management" so no internet, aircon, breakfast, etc., then let me look at my room before being charged. After getting past the dark stairs and busted in doors, the assigned room was dirty, smelly, unkempt, and not realistic for a business stay. Staff allowed me to cancel my reservation, since it was nonrefundable, which I appreciated, but the hotel itself was still kinda gross.”

“Everything about the property was wonderful. Staff, room, breakfast area, the pools and the entire enclosed area with the fountains, pools, splash area. All were marvelous. It was a great place to take my grandchildren too. It also would have been a great place for a romantic get away. Will highly recommended it to anyone going to Springfield!!”
