“A very peaceful laid back place with very friendly staff. We were able to walk into town. Very quiet”

“Very friendly, Ckeann, Beautiful views”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Odd Frog in Bright. The location was incredible, just a short drive to everything Bright has to offer while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in Cabin 3, which was absolutely gorgeous. It was beautifully presented, clean, and had lovely amenities that made our stay feel really comfortable. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bright.”

“We came home with bed bug bites. The couch in the room had more stains on it than any piece of furniture I've ever seen. All of the furniture needed to be taken outside and set on fire.”

“5 stars all the way. Stayed here a few times and will stay here again.”

“Pleasant enough for our one night stay. Easy access to the walking track & close to the town centre and all shops.”

“The room was full of dust, clearly not cleaned or halfheartedly done. Toilet were dirty and no hand soap was available. Staff were nonchalant and one had severe attitude when I asked why did you need me to hand write my CC details when they were already used for the booking. And i showed it as requested. “Great location in Bright with convenient parking. Check-in was smooth and easy even after reception hours, which was perfect after a late day skiing. Friendly staff and great facilities, especially the sauna—perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommended!”

“Beautiful location and activities”

“Stop wasting your time looking. The beautiful gardens are an extension of Bright itself. The place is impeccably clean and the hosts haven't skimped - the bed and pillows are the best we've ever had whilst travelling. We're going back!”

“Magnificent. We loved arriving at dusk to the softly lit cottages nestled in beautiful gardens. The accommodation was outstanding. Highly recommend. ”

“We are a family of 3 with a preschooler. We had so much fun playing on the snow just outside the hotel. The village is just few minutes walk while the scenery is very nice. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We would have love to go to the pool but it’s only available for adults.”

“Was awesome very home like room was awesome”

“I am extremely disappointed with our experience at your hotel. We arrived at 2:00 pm, but there was no one at reception. We had to wait for almost two hours before we were able to speak with a staff member. Before arriving, I had called the hotel to ask if an early check-in was possible. I was told that if the room was not ready, our luggage would at least be stored in a safe place. However, the luggage storage area under the stairs was very small and unsecured, and anyone could easily access...
