The hotel asked for it again to confirm and bam a second charge for a full room rate. Pool was not open and the manager when we first arrived 25 minutes before check in was rude."

Hotels.com says they cannot refund, the hotel will need to refund because they already have the money. I didnt even stay. I was in and out of the property in 5 minutes trying to find somewhere clean and safe for my children to stay."
