"Very helpful staff when we had some confusion checking in on line. High security at site. Room is very basic. No tv. No room information posted for an internet connection. Nice shower but no cups to take meds. Very quiet."

"It was quiet. I did receive a noice complaint from below, funny thing is I was not in my room at the time. "

"The person at the counter was pleasant. The room could have been more clean. The towels were black not white. The pool was dirty and i highlu doubt that anyone uses that pool. I have toddler that wanted to get it. So disappointed. The environment was not as shown on the website and pictures. I would not stay there again."

"The lobby was really pretty and the room was updated. The rest of the exterior of the building is really shabby and there was a homeless person living in the parking lot, albeit she was very nice. I understand that improvements are very expensive and they take time but it was quite noticeable that the building needed some love. The to go breakfast provided in the lobby was very nice."
