"The furniture in the room had water stains all over it, the entire room felt wet due to the humidity level in the room. Even the bedsheets had a sticky wet feeling. The in the room left our socks, black. Either renovation or a very deep cleaning of the carpets along with the furniture would do wonders for not only the smells, but also just the way the room looks and feels. Recommend adding dehumidifiers to the rooms to control the humidity that the commercial air conditioners really cannot deal with."

"The staff was very friendly and the room was very spacious. It is very close to everything, very convenient. The top linen on the bed had several stains, that was my only complaint. The walls are thin. Overall I enjoyed my stay."

"Picture it. Jackson, Mississippi. 2026. 4:00 in the morning just getting off the road from St. Louis. We check in at the hotel after getting confirmation several times that the arrival time wouldn't matter, get the key, go up the elevator and get ready to open the door because we think we're about to go to sleep for a few hours before we have to get dressed to go to a graduation. We use the key the lady at the front desk gave us, opened the door and at first it looks uncleaned like someone left their stuff in the room and the staff didn't do anything but as we're standing in the entry way, we we hear someone with a froggy voice say, “Who is this? What are you doing?!” We look at each other, close the door, and the person comes to the door. We apologize and tell them that the front desk lady gave us a key to that room. We get back on the elevator and head to the front desk. The girl says she doesn’t know why someone was in the room and that she can’t get a manager. Instead of apoloogizing, she then proceeds to call the people in the room to ask when they got there. We tell her to hang up because that doesn’t matter, we walked into a room with people in it and that could have gone sideways. She says there is a room with no TV we could use and suddenly remembers that is why she gave away our room to the people she called to ask why they were in there. Still no apology. We ask to speak with a manager. She said they're not available. The Colonel and The Educator, my aunt and husb"

"The service as far as asking questions, they didn't want to be bothered since we reserved under a third party. The bed in the room was as hard as a rock. The noise level was horrible. People above were loud and obnoxious. Was not real happy and didn't get much rest while traveling out the next morning. Was not a pleasant stay."
