“전반적으로 만족하는 숙소였음. 아침식사 종류가 너무 단순했음. 숙소 가격이 조금 비쌈 ”

“Great overnight stay for my sons birthday, we ordered take out & used the pool for hours”

“Accommodation within student campus, run well and always happy to stay here. Basic and dated but if you just looking for a no frills bed for the night then its perfect”

“Stayed many times over the 3 years my son has been at UEA. Normally very good. Unfortunately the most recent was a little disappointing mostly due to the room I was allocated. I booked an executive single based on a previous stay in one of these rooms however the nicer rooms are actually only the doubles. It isn’t made very clear that an executive single purely means a slightly bigger bed. There’s nothing really executive about them (or room 15 anyway) whatsoever. In fact the room looks...

“친절한 직원들과 깨끗하고 아늑한 객실, 예쁜 뒷마당이 있어서 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다.”

“It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. “There were a few little problems (tv, bad odour from sink) but the staff very helpful and friendly. Location is great!”

“Lovely friendly staff, always remembering that I stayed before. We get the room we have requested. We order a vegetarian roast which is outstanding, food delicious and hot. Plenty of parking. Depending where the room is you can hear the traffic going past in the evening & mornings but overall alovely stay. That's why we keep going back and also you have a choice of breakfast part of the deal.”

“Very nice room (just need more attention to cleaning the floors) and good burger meal in the pub - thank you!”

“Heater 고장으로 추워 잠을 잘 수가 없었음”

“Clean and tidy little hotel within very close walking distance to downtown Norwich. No frills or amenities, but worth the money. I would stay there again.”

“There was more parking spaces when we got there late, the receptionist was very helpful she explained where the restaurant was and the bar where we can now order food if we are hungry which we were, because the restaurant was closing. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was nice dinner was excellent depending on your choice. Overall friendly staff and my stay was enjoyable. Plenty of leaflets on were you want to go and see.”

“There is no suitable for business man. There is a WIFI. But very slow and not contact very often. \I can't use WIFI in hotel room. Just lobby can use WFI. If toy have business trip not good for this hotel. Only take a rest and do enjoy time is good for this hotel.”
