"Very helpful young lady at the desk Immediately changed my room when I reported the air con was not working. the young lady at the bar who recommended food for me at the end of a long day when I was very hungry and the guy who delivered it to my table outside . All very very well done. The young ones can get a bad rap but these guys were a great team ! Thankyou !"

"A beautiful hotel! Lovely renovated rooms. Great shower pressure. Dinner and breakfast were amazing. Free parking. Only downside was the room was very hot and beds very soft"

"This is the second time I have stayed here, returning to the area where I grew up. Great value and very convenient for a one night stay in the centre of Stockton Heath. Parking on site and nearby. The rooms are small but have all you need. Paul makes a great freshly cooked breakfast and is friendly and helpful."

"Wow, fantastic hotel . They have turned an iconic old bank into a fantastic boutique hotel , great location, parking on site , fabulous room with high quality bedding . Will definitely stay again , lovely staff"

"Rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking available onsite. Breakfast offers good selection of hot and cold options. Unfortunately hotel is not located close to Warrington main town area, so dining and transport options are limited (you need a car). Staff are helpful, although they now seem to charge for every little item now eg parking, disposable shower cap etc, which they used to provide for free. Would get better value staying in a hotel in town, which we'll do next time"

"Unfortunately we visited while the hotel was being renovated so it's hard to give a proper review. But the staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean. Can't review the food as the restaurant was one of the areas being renovated. It was handy a d comfortable for our needs"
