“The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we were assigned a Club Room next to a Suite with a connecting door, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. We could clearly hear loud conversations, shouting, and piano playing from the suite until the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to get any rest. The comfort of this room depends entirely on the guests staying in the suite next door. I regret choosing a Club Room and wish I had booked a standard room instead. I would also...

“Lovely place However, AC was not working and needed to be on when we arrived. Far to hot. When we tiried to turn on, it was broken. A fan was provided, which helped, . But as warmth is insured on arrival during colder days, AC needs the same consideration in the hotter temperatures”
