“Clean room and the new owners couldn’t do enough for us”

“On arrival we found most of the staff preoccupied with setting up function rooms for a local school prom which we had been advised prior to arriving was taking place. Received our key at reception and went in search of our bedroom. This was supposed to be an accessible room, it was less than desirable and unfit for a wheelchair user. “Beautiful hall and surroundings. Dinner was excellent. My room was spacious and clean. The staff make this place amazing, they are all so lovely. Solveiga stood out the most, I was lucky enough to have her check me in and out and she is honestly the most wonderful person. I hope she gets the credit she deserves.”
