Lovely pub/restaurant with an accommodation. Room was small, comfortable and quiet. Tea/coffee in room. Freshly cooked full English breakfast was really nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor areas for when the sun shines. Plenty of room to park. When we stayed the restaurant was very busy and fully booked, so recommend booking in advance to secure a table. Would happily stay here again.

Property was very pet friendly ( Monty even had his own sausage for breakfast free). Small caravan/ motorhome site adjacent to pub, only four letting rooms but excellent value for money,so book well in advance to secure your room, will definitely be returning.

Excellent place from which to start Thames Path

Caught train to Kemble, then walked here to stay overnight before starting our walk along the Thames Path. Excellent location. Clean and friendly. Evening meal and breakfast were good, although this added to the accomodation cost.

We enjoyed our stay at The Thames Head. Convenient location with just a short drive to Cirencester. Also close to Tetbury and Minchinhampton. Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff were wonderful and food excellent.

Fantastic pub & lovely rooms.

Stayed for the night on way to Cornwall and also on way back Staff friendly, rooms & pub very dog friendly. Lovely cosy pub. Food excellent (large portions), fab desserts. Breakfast lovely (even dog got a sausage) Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice traditional pub

This venue is a good old fashioned pub. The food was amazing. I had an evening meal and breakfast. The price is competitive. The only reason i marked it down slightly was the room having really thick sone walls felt a little damp. I think in summer it's bliss and once winter starts and the heating is on it will be fine.

Lovely pub/inn in a rural location, but still close to town. Adorable rooms with everything you need. Highly recommend the food. Happy and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again.
