At check in, I had to pay extra RMB300/night x 3 nights for Sheraton club level as my request for two beds at time of reservations had failed to get through.
Breakfast service staff needs training; and ban from using mobile phones in order to concentrate on serving the guests.
My request for a coffee spoon came back negative. Two different staff went around and came back after a long time with no spoon .... but when I asked the manager, she was able to locate it instantly!
We were seated by the inside hall with a few other guests at around 8 am ... all the waiters/waitresses were hiding in a far corner chatting and playing with their mobile phones!
They had failed to pay attention to the guests who was trying to seek their assistance ... to set tables with missing implements, remove used plates, refill coffee tea etc.
Did not expect this from a 5 star hotel restaurant.
