Very Old Chinese Style Hotel

My room is stinky and noisy. There is a machine turning on all day. Food smell all around my room. Disastrous. Using the brand Sheraton doesnt mean quality. The restaurant does not have much food available. Have 4 bottles of black pepper but no salt. Black pepper only 10% filled. It is very impolite to ask us to pay at the start of the main course and I had to turn down. This was annoying and I expect better for a 5* hotel. Terrible experience. Staff training is needed.

Don’t buy breakfast

Breakfast was terrible again- I have tried breakfast several times now and each time the selections are COLD. It does not matter what time you arrive 7,8,9 am American situation. Service inside breakfast marginal at best. My photo each item COLD. Otherwise hotel, room, check in/out, location all good.
