“When we booked the room through Expedia it said double or twin, we requested twin beds but on arrival were given a double bed room. This room is in the annex building and was very tired looking and the carpet very dirty. The bottom of the bed did not have a cover over the box spring. The hotel was unable to accommodate us with twin beds so we had to upgrade to another room costing an extra 86 pounds. The staff was helpful in doing this .
