"Room was clean and plenty of room. Washer and dryer in room was amazing to use, especially with kids and a long trip. Plenty of toiletries available in room. Love coming home from vacation with clean clothes. Parking garage was convenient to rooms with plenty of room to park. Pool on smaller side but was great for our little family after a day venturing."

"This is our 3rd stay at the Elser Hotel. I am pleased with the quality and condition of the rooms. This is now a favorite location in Miami, to celebrate our special occasion. Looking forward to future stays. Thank you Nicole for your great customer’s service."

"Hotel was just okay for the price, not very nice. Breakfast area was overcrowded and they ran out of certain food items and silverware. Expecting guests to eat breakfast with no silverware is unacceptable. Most of the staff were not very helpful or accommodating. Overall hotel wasn’t very well maintained. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"We had an extremely clean room and the staff was outstanding. It was convenient to have a restaurant and bar on site. Unfortunately, the bed was similar to a futon and was extremely uncomfortable. The room is beyond basic. I liked the chic look and the price was good. The pool is tiny (appears larger in the pictures- great job by the photographer). We had dinner in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The mahi mahi and steak were to die for. "

"Disappointed in rooftop closure, bars not open and nobody told me before my date. I picked the hotel for the rooftop bar for nighttime and it was closed. The other bars were also closed. The downstairs bar in Wyn Wyn was slow service and food was not good. Paid for fries batter on a plate. Average bar food not good quality. The rooms didn’t have basic things like extra blankets, toothpaste, and it was out of body wash. This was not worth it. "

"The room exceeded expectations, staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, the in room laundry was a perfect need, kitchenette was spacious for the post flight meal, and location was peacefully centered. Would love to stay again for a non-layover trip to reallly enjoy longer!"
