"Very bad experience, hotel looks OK, but first due to a problem with their music system, and second due to a problem with a party of teenagers, with fire alarm included made impossible to sleep. The personnel was very kind but lack of knowledge to resolve problems. And final shot, I put a claim an no any answer from customer department. I don´t think i would repeat. "

"Overall stay was very good apartment was very clean & central to all our needs while offering all basic essentials needed for a short stay, only issue we had was the apartment was very cold especially at night & the heating didn’t seem to work or was just set to 22.5 so didn’t really warm the apartment up at all but other then at it was awesome & I would definitely recommend it it others & hopefully return one day. "We had the best time in Poznan. Apartamenty Klasztorna 25 is conveniently located to Market Square with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very courteous, offering suggestions on local food, and made our stay enjoyable. We felt very safe, the rooms were clean and comfortable!"
