โThe property wasnโt ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. We love the fact that there was Starbucks downstairs.
Maybe gym and pool should be included and not as an extra. Just a thought. โ
โReally enjoyable stay, made even better by the friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were very clean with housekeeping attending to the room everyday. The location is ideal for Manchester Picadilly, for the Arndale shopping centre and for the Northern Quarter. Iโd definitely recommend staying here. โ

โFabulous stay. Everything was perfect from dinner to breakfast. However I do find the ยฃ25.00 surcharge for a dogs stay a little hefty. A welcome pack is offered but not forthcoming sadly โ
