"The check in time is not flexible and they make you wait till exactly the minute which is unfortunate as travellers on long haul flights would like to see a bed instead of a cup of coffee so hey just a thought relax the rules a bit and chill let the people check in to rooms that are ready don’t hold them back to your stupid £15 ransom fee it really makes you the hotel look bad and out for cash ..a really bad image to portray because I recommend other hotels now instead of yours because of that ransom fee "

"Nice stay for an overnight connection for flights at either terminal 2 or 3. Easy to find after leaving airport customs. Hotel is in great condition and very quiet for an airport hotel, could hardly hear any airplane noise when in the room. Nice restaurants and bars available. All evening there were empty tables near me so I could easily have had a later booking. When I went up to my room reported this to reception. Was promised a response. Nothing heard.
