โStaff were incredibly friendly, breakfast was absolutely delicious! Xi'an's heat is no joke - but coming back to such a comfortable, peaceful hotel made all the difference. Would definitely stay here againโ
โGood hotel with good staff and well maintained.
It's far from Xian points of interests.
Big problem is that no one speaks english AT ALL. Not even few words. It's really hard for a basic communication and it' COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a.high level hotel like a Crowne Plazaโ
โEl hotel esta muy bien, limpieza correcta, sin ruido y la habitaciรณn estaba totalmente equipada. La parte negativa serรญa la poca variedad de comida en el buffete del hotel y la distancia del hotel a cualquier lugar de Xi'an (imprescindible tener que usar DiDi o coger un taxi).โ
โGreat location close to convention center, walking distance to an outlet mall. Clean and quiet. Only thing is - don't get fooled by the map on Expedia, it is NOT close the the railway station, we learned it the hard way, but we still liked the stay.โ
