宿泊客が到着前に部屋のチェックを徹底して欲しい。。。。。

妻の両親との旅行で2部屋を予約しましたが、両親の部屋はエアコンが煩過ぎてテレビの聞こえず、部屋を替えてもらったのですが、その部屋もリモコンの電池が切れたのかリモコンが使えず、テレビも消すにも本体でスイッチを切ってチェックアウト。散々な宿泊でした。

The hotel provides pick up at the station. Just make a call and they will reach the station in 3 minutes. Everything is very good. They even offer to fetch us to nearby supermarket. The dinner and breakfast portion are a lot and delicious.

チェックインかチックアウトまで、申し分の無いサービスでした。夕食は食べれないほどの料理で、満腹でした。貸切の屋上風呂も良かった。

7階の展望露天風呂の貸し切りは凄くよかったです。料理もおいしくて満足でした。ただ、部屋の清掃が行き届いてないところがあったり、従業員の段取りが悪かったのは残念です。
