"everything about the lodging is great except 1 problem that i didn't expect will happen. I only stayed for a night but i was freezing in the middle of the night! I dont understand why there was no heater, i showered shivering, even though shower has hot water but the walls of the bathroom is as cold as a chiller, i brush my teeth and wash my face with freezing cold water (Tap no hot water) and in the middle of the night, my room was freezing. "Very clean and very comfortable. They are very vague about you putting everything back. Does it mean you have to wash all of your dishes and put them back exactly? Communication was lacking. Of the two emails I sent, I never got a response. I left some stuff there and asked if it was found and they decided not to answer me. I ended up leaving it there so I suppose someone else is not enjoying it."

"We booked the hotel the day of the trip as we had change plans due to Typhoon Haishen. When we entrance to the hotel was blocked with a rope and they did not answer the phone. There was noone to get any information, we did not get a cancellation or a notification. We were left in the typhoon with nowhere to go and struggled to find anything for hours during when the weather got really bad.
