"The biggest problem here was the parking. There's a lot right across from the hotel, but it is extremely difficult to figure out -impossible really- unless you read Chinese very well. However, the staff went the extra mile and helped me with that. This was definitely outside what one would expect, as there is no relationship and the hotel clearly says onsite parking is not available. So, they went above and beyond when they helped us. "The manager of this property is very professional, on time, and over the top helpful! The location is an easy walk to either rail station an right next to Pier 2. 7-11 is right on the corner (My friends in the States laugh when I go on about how great 7-11 is in Taiwan :) This will be my go-to spot to stay when in Taiwan!"
