โThe manager of this property is very professional, on time, and over the top helpful! The location is an easy walk to either rail station an right next to Pier 2. 7-11 is right on the corner (My friends in the States laugh when I go on about how great 7-11 is in Taiwan :)
This will be my go-to spot to stay when in Taiwan!โ
โI stayed 3 nights at OX Suites. The property is stylish and comfy, sparkling clean. The communication is prompt and effective. It should be self check-in with no staff manning the counter. However, I was a bit dumb on the main door keypad. Really appreciated a staff immediate showing up to help. It is walkable to Pier2 which is my favourite place in Kaohsiung. I enjoyed my stay and will use it again.โ
โNew hotel, good breakfast. Overall is good.
Downside is the sauna/steam are not up to the par. The temperature is very inconsistent, it may take 20mins or so to get the heat up then it will take a long time for the next round.โ
"They offered me a late check out which is for Gold members. They have free coffee at Lobby floor (30th), hot/cold waters at every floors. The area is very convenient for shopping and tours. Hotel room was clean and spacious."
