"Staff was very helpful with making sure we could stay in the same room after having to book another day. However it took a solid 8-10 minutes for the hot water to come on (no exaggeration) therefore not only was it a waste of water to run it that long every time we needed to shower or wash our face but we did not know when we checked in and it put us behind on our schedule our first day there."

"No complaints about the room which had a king bed. The Roku TV wasn't working, but the manager on duty (Jessica?) figured out the problem pretty quickly. There was a sign mentioning a swimming pool in the lobby, but it's no longer in service. Complimentary breakfast was good."
