"We loved it here! So relaxing after a few busy days in Tokyo. Food is amazing and plentiful, and the onsen literally felt healing"

"二人で行くのにベストな、宿です。 ご主人と若女将が、気が利いていい気分で、宿泊できました。料理も、美味くて、ヘルシーなメニューで、美味しくいただきました。地酒も美味く　くつろげる宿です。 大山の参道もいい雰囲気で、身体が、洗われました。また　行きます。^ - ^"

"Beautiful and funky property. The shared spaces were very nicely appointed with a room full of records and artsy books. Loved the indoor and outdoor onsens here as well. The tatami mats and floor seats were a unique experience as well. The only small negative is that it is a little off the beaten path but even with that point & that it was raining, we very much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend."

"Lovely and very friendly staff"

"Nice hotel"

"Such a tranquil space with a wonderful attention to detail. The staff was friendly. The bath products were amazing. Highly recommend!!"

"The staff here were so friendly and helpful. They really made you feel welcomed and helped you settle in. The property is beautiful, a classic traditional Japanese style ryokan and they provide slippers and robes as well. It was a very enjoyable stay for us. Even given the 15-20minute walk from the train station, you’re surrounded by beautiful nature and architecture, so it doesn’t feel very far at all. Our room had a private onsen which was fantastic, definitely a highlight! We recommend...
