It was a good hotel for a short stay/transit between your flights. Very convenient in terms of location, it is on departure floor of Haneda International Terminal by the check in area.

Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa
Restaurant reserved for private groups which was very inconvenient. No concierge service. Room was old and had some sort of old, portable air purifier or A/C on the floor.
