I would’ve appreciated to get clearer instructions on how to get to the hotel in advance. Not all of us are acquainted to the terminal 3 in Haneda.

HOTEL METROPOLITAN OIMACHI TRACKS TOKYO
very beautiful king sized bed, room was a bit small but spacious for one person. Lovely view of the train tracks and Oimachi area. 7/11 and other food and convenience stores nearby. Loved it.
