We really loved this hotel and its location except we wish the bath room has a night light or an independent light switch that its power is not cut off by the master switch because we the seniors need to go to the toilet at least two times at night.

Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa
The rooms were very old and not clean. There were many mosquitoes and flies, and my children were badly bitten multiple times in one night. The staff were also not very friendly, which made the stay uncomfortable
