An absolute sanctuary! Flawless service from an amazing team and an incredibly spacious room with a private onsen made our stay unforgettable. The culinary experience was a major highlight—special thanks to Chef Tashi and his team for the masterful, creative, and absolutely amazing meals. Highly recommended!

It is not the traditional spring bath of Japan. But a unique design with very different menu from the traditional style. Every room has private bath with extreme high privacy. For those who experienced the traditional spring bath stay. This is not the same. A must to try.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The service was excellent—staff members were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the complimentary minibar was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The food truly stood out; every dish was exceptionally well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was clear that great care was taken in both quality and taste. The environment was clean, peaceful, and quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend this place to friends and anyone looking for comfort and quality service.

It’s an excellent hotel. Design is nice, staff are helpful albeit that one could feel they are short of working hands. Everyone seems to be doing multiple jobs and looking overworked. Our experience has been very positive.

직원분들이 친절하십니다 로비랑 객실이 멀어서 왔다갔다 하기는 좀 불편했어요ㅜ 대신 카트같은걸로 태워다 주십니다 비가 너무 와서 제대로 주위 구경을 못한게 아쉬워요
