“Breakfast costs €20 per day, or €19 per day if you book for 3 days or more, but honestly the quality was very disappointing. We asked for a refund for the remaining days because we decided not to eat there anymore, but the hotel refused. Right outside the hotel entrance, there are many great brunch places lined up. I strongly recommend skipping the hotel breakfast and eating outside instead.

“Muy accesibles, buena ubicación!”

“The worst hotel experience I’ve had in Europe. I ordered room service slightly after the cut-off time, and although the order was automatically cancelled, my card was charged. I contacted the hotel immediately and followed all their instructions — WhatsApp, reception, and email — but got nothing in return except a thumbs-up emoji. Despite requesting a refund multiple times, I received no real communication or resolution. To this day, I still haven’t gotten my money back. On top of that, the...

“Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience – We had booked a four-night stay but, on arrival, were unable to check in as there was no staff available. The company next door, which the website advised us to use for out-of-hours check-in, was closed. The self-check-in machine was also broken and took €88 from us without dispensing a key. To make matters worse, we had booked a double suite but were given two single beds pushed together. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and kept...

“What an amazing stay! Harbourlodges well exceeded our expectations! Everything was spotless! Easy to find, communication was amazing! Thank you again for such a great stay, we will be back and recommend to anyone we know traveling to Amsterdam! Easy access to the train station and shopping!”
