Great hotel - close to the main street and all the relevant lifts but in a quieter area of town. The breakfast was great and the staff were so always accomodating - assisting with plans and transport.

Room was spacious and modern, staff was very attentive especially during the free breakfast buffet. Free shuttle service from main Zermatt train station throughout the day.

The breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly. The spa was also well-maintained. I would love to come back here. There was nothing bad and uncomfortable.

Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable rooms with a balcony. Obviously fairly recently renovated. There is no air con in the Cosy Chic room, which wasn't too much of an issue despite being August but in a heatwave it may be.

Great stay

Hotel was great, service was very nice, and accommodating. Would be great if the shuttle offered service to the ski lifts, but I don’t know if any hotels in Zermatt do that. Would have also been nice to have slightly larger sauna and jacuzzi.

We’d an amazing stay. The room was great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was really nice. When we checked out, we were dropped back to the train station. The whole experience was excellent and I’d highly recommend staying.

This is our favorite so far in all the hotel we stayed in Switzerland. The hotel is very chic and the room we got is really nice with a good view of Matterhorn. The room is modern and chic. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices in comparison to the last 3 hotels we’ve been in Switzerland. I will stay at this hotel again when I come back to Zermatt

This hotel went beyond my expectations!! The "sky room" had the best view of the matterhorn with a balcony to enjoy it. The breakfast was wonderful with buffet And made to order options. The staff was friendly, professional, courteous and went above and beyond in helping. I cannot say enough positives about this say. I highly recommend the Hotel Bellerive. 5 stars plus!!

This is the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a Matterhorn view room which was spectacular and breathtaking, the staff were all so so kind, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and the facilities were exceptional and so close to the bus stop!! Honestly an incredible hotel, cannot recommend it enough :)

Stay at Zermatt.

Room is clean with nice view and good amenities. Staff was helpful and breakfast is good. Only draw back is the room has limited airflow, could get stuffy if the balcony door is not opened.

I've been in so many great hotels in my life but this one is no doubt one of the best ones I've ever been! They were extremely kind with us. For my birthday they have prepared a table with a birthday card and decor and since we had to leave so early the next morning, they have prepared a bag with sandwiches, yogurt, fruits and drinks for the trip. We recommend this property 100% if you want to guarantee comfort, great taste in thein interior design and most important AMAZING proactive, kind and friendly staff! Thank you so much for everything! Wish I can give the bellerive 100 stars! Really awesome staff who were so accommodating and friendly. Treated us like they already knew us and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The staff was incredible. Beautiful views from our balcony. The included spa had a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna which we fully enjoyed. We considered staying another night after we saw the room for the first time! We would definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.
