"The staff were incredibly kind and caring. Late at night, I suddenly started bleeding heavily and needed to go to the emergency room. As a foreigner, using the emergency and hospital system in China was honestly very difficult and overwhelming for me, but the staff did everything they could to help.
I truly appreciate how they patiently assisted me and even accompanied me all the way to the hospital. I especially want to thank the young male staff member who stayed with me and helped me throughout the process.
I’m also deeply grateful to the female manager who personally came up to my room afterward to check on me and make sure I was okay. Their kindness and care meant a lot to me, and I will always remember it.
