"Check in was on the 11th floor. Please note that the taxi will drop you on the main road and you will have to walk about 3 mins to the hotel. You will arrive at level 4 or 5, and proceed to take the elevator to level 11. The only staff i met during the stay was the counter staff. She was nice and friendly.
